沢山の要望があったため、
monochrome の1000px、1100pxバージョンを作りました。
monochrome 1000 DEMO (デモを見る)
横幅を930pxから1000px、1100pxにそれぞれ拡大しました。
作っていて思いましたが、1100pxはさすがに大きすぎる気がします。
（需要あるのかな・・・）
注意：2011年4月現在、最新版のmonochromeでは
テーマのオプション設定画面から3種類の横幅を選択することができます。
つきましては、monochrome1000と1100の配布は終了させていただきます。

there are a mistake in “archive.php”, put the out of ,in the “style.css”,change the #archive { background:url(img/dot1.gif) repeat-x bottom; padding:0 15px 13px; width:580px; margin-left:150px; float:left;} the mistake disappear

So some tag is no longer use in any way.

I like your theme. Here a few wishes:
- Is it possible to see a fluid width theme?
- How could I define that images are borderless?
And one bug report: It´s not possible to insert an image centered. In the post view and the site view, all images are on the left side (please look at my home page).

It is very difficult to make it fluid width.
To get rid of border of images open style.css and go to line 85.
.post img, .post a img { border:1px solid #ccc; padding:5px; margin:0 10px 0 0; background:#f2f2f2; }
.post a:hover img { border:1px solid #38a1e5; background:#9cd1e1; }
Delete this code and there will be no more border.
And thank you for the bug report! I will fix it later.
If you wan’t to quickly fix by yourself, open style.css and go to line 35.
.aligncenter { display:block; margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto; }
Plese delete display:block; from this code.

I like the comment function. But the plugin “Subscribe to comments” (http://txfx.net/wordpress-plugins/subscribe-to-comments/) doesn´t work

IEで見るとずれていました（汗）
普段、Chromeを使っていますので、それで見るときれいに表示されていましたので、他のブラウザでチェックしてませんでした。

Some people said 950px is too big…and make it more smaller.

monochromeテーマはとてもセンスが良い感じで，長く使わせていただいているのですが，1000のDEMOを見たところ，アーカイブを見ようとすると１番上部に表示される記事が左に寄って，日付などが入る部分と本文が重なって表示されてしまっています。
それ以下の記事では通常通りの表示になっているのですが…。
IE8（VISTA）で見ているせいでしょうか？
もしよろしければ，お時間のあるときにでも修正箇所をお教えいただけるとありがたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

私の環境の場合、Internet Explorer8 (Windows XP SP2)なのですが、mono-labさんのデモページでも、自分のブログでも彼方さんのおっしゃっている現象が起きます。 Safari(Mac OS X)では正常に表示されます。

こちらのテーマを使おうと思ったのですが「Japanese.css」でフォントを「メイリオ」に設定すると、メニューの位置がずれてしました。
自分なりに設定を変えてみたのですが、うまく中央に表示されないのでご教授お願いします。

そうなんです・・・。メイリオを使う場合、ＭＳゴシックと縦幅が若干異なるために表示がずれてしまいます。
japanese.cssの#menuがついている項目のpaddingやline-heightなどを修正すれば直ると思います。
大変申し訳ございませんが、現在仕事が忙しく時間がとれないため、直接対応することができません。
